Sindh Assembly unanimously passes three resolutions




KARACHI - Sindh Assembly in its very first session held under the chairmanship of Speaker Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah for the purpose of oath taking by newly elected MPAs passed three different resolutions unanimously.
Through first resolution moved by nominated Leader of the House Syed Qaim Ali Shah along with Niasr Ahmed Khuhro and Pir Mazharul Huq recommended the Sindh Government to approach the Federal Government to declare the death of Quaid-e-Awam Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto a judicial murder and tender apology for this great loss to the nation.
Second resolution also moved by Syed Qaim Ali Shah as well as Nisar Ahmed Khuhro and Pir Mazharul Huq said that this august house recommend the Sindh Government to approach the Federal Government to get the tragic assassination of Benazir Bhutto probed through UN to unearth the actual assassins.
The third resolution was moved by MPA Tariq along with MPAs Ghulam Qadir Chandio, Ahmed Ali Jalbani and Jam Tamachi and said this assembly offers tributes to great international leader Mohtarma Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and as recognition of her great services and sacrifice recommend the Sindh government to rename District Nawabshah as District Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto.
