ISLAMABAD: Interior Advisor to Prime Minister Rehman Malik Tuesday said that the government was aware of the situation surrounding Peshawar and a major action will be taken within a week. Speaking in National Assembly the Interior Advisor said the government was not negligent of the serious situation in some parts of NWFP. He said the government would provide protection to the people of the province in a way that no person would deteriorate peace in the province.Noor-ul-Haq Qadri MNA from FATA earlier said in the house that the government was unaware of the NWFP situation adding that the conditions are going out of control in the tribal areas.
