Seven killed in Misri Shah blast

LAHORE: As many as seven persons were killed and a number of others injured when a gas cylinder exploded in Misri Shah area here Thursday. According to initial reports, labourers were cutting scrap in a shop when a gas cylinder exploded with a big bang, resulting in the death of seven persons, and injuries to a number of others.
Immediately after the explosion, ambulances of Rescue 1122 and Edhi Trust rushed to the spot and removed the victims to hospitals.
