Curfew relaxed in Bara; operation underway




LANDI KOTAL: Bara town in Khyber Agency on early Friday resumed its daily life following a relax in the curfew by law enforcement agencies.Bara Bazar was still closed however, the area people could be seen in a great number on the streets following the administration’s decision to partially take off the curfew in the area, which has been imposed in the area since Wednesday.Heavy contingent of law enforcers were deployed in the area while the Khasadars were also patrolling in the area to avoid any untoward situation.Meanwhile, the ongoing operation "Sirat-e-Mustaqim" against militant organizations, involved in sectarian clashes in Khyber Agency, entered Friday in its sixth day, reported ARY One World.Earlier, At least five were killed and several others were injured in clashes between militants and security personnel in Terah valley of the agency.Moreover, security forces launched Friday a fresh search operation at Sadikhel and Kurri Baam areas of FR Jandolla in South Waziristan, reported ARY one World.On the other side, law enforcers at Tank blocked the Tank-Wana road for traffic for without sighting any reason.
