Govt to ensure provision of basic necessities to people: PM

ISLAMABAD : Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani on Thursday said the government would make concerted efforts to ensure provision of basic necessities of life to the people at their doorsteps. Talking to a delegation from his constituency at PM House, the delegation told the Prime Minister that the government’s decisions of releasing detained judges, increasing minimum wages and announcing new wheat support price were higly appreciated by general public.
