KARACHI: The Chief of Army Staff, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, has said that senior military leadership brings with it heavy responsibilities, challenges of command and resource management, both during peace and war. He was addressing the convocation ceremony of 21st Air War Course at Air War College here Saturday. He commended the PAF's commitment to excellence and devotion to duty. He congratulated the graduating officers, who also included allied officers from friendly countries, on successful completion of the course and awarded degrees to them. Earlier, on arrival at the Air War College, the Commandant of the College received him. President National Defence University was also present on the occasion.
