Kareena's new look is the talk of the town. And the number one actress has achieved her greek goddess look by sticking to a diet plan specially for her Greek schedule in Tashan . Says her dietician, " Greece was tough but we had it all planned. Greece is a fully non veg place. But she would have Fava (peas vegetable), stuffed tomatoes & bell peppers, Revithia (chick peas in olive oil), Fakes (lentil dal),Fasolada (bean soup) ,spinach beans feta casserole. Here she was on a 7 meals per day plan Kareena is a dream client. Once she has faith in you, she will do exactly as asked. She has no starry airs & takes her work very seriously. The results have been so great only because she would always plan in advance for all her meals. In Greece I had even told her about places she could get organic food from."
