Punjab Assembly to meet on Apr 9

LAHORE, March 27 : Provincial Assembly of the Punjab will hold new government’s maiden session at 11:00 a.m. on April 9. The Punjab Assembly Secretariat announced here Thursday the session would be held in the Assembly chamber for making of oath by the Members of the Provincial Assembly (MPAs).
During the session, it said, the election of new Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the house would also be conducted.
Chaudhry Muhammad Afzal Sahi will chair the inaugural session.
