Three killed, three hurt in Quetta firing incident




QUETTA: At least three people including a four-year child were killed and three others sustained critical injuries after unknown gunmen opened indiscriminate firing at a group of people near Golimaar Chowk, Brewery area here Sunday.
According to reports, the assailants who were in a car sprayed with bullets a group of people who were presumably beside a road waiting for a bus.
As a result three people including a four-year child who was playing nearby died on the spot while three other persons including two children sustained critical injuries.
Area people rushed the injured to the BMC hospital where they were stated to be in critical conditions.
Police said the incident may be result of an old enmity.
Sariab police have cordoned off the area and started further investigation.
