PM constitutes six members committee to examine FCR




ISLAMABAD : Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani has constituted a six-member cabinet committee headed by Federal Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights Division, Farooq H. Naek to examine FCR and make suitable recommendations.
According to a press release issued by the Law Ministry here on Thursday, this committee has been constituted according to the decision as taken in a meeting held on 31st march, 2008 which was presided over by the Prime Minister.
Federal Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights Division, Farooq H.Naek will be chairman of the Committee and Syed Khursheed Amed Shah, Minister for Labour, Manpower and Overseas Pakistanis, Najamuddin Khan, Minister for States and Frontier Regions, Sardar Mehtab Ahmed Khan, Minister for Railways, Hameed Ullah Jan Afridi, Minister for Environment and Nawabzada Khawaja Muhammad Khan Hoti, Minister for Social Welfare and Special Education will be members of the committee.
In addition to the above mentioned members, the Chairman Farooq H.Naek has included Senator Mian Raza Rabbani, Leader of the House in the Senate, Justice (Retd) Mian Muhammad Ajmal and Zafar Baig Bhattani, MNA from NA-47 as special members of the committee.
