JAIPUR: More than 80 people were killed and 150 others injured in 7 bomb blasts in different places of Rajasthan’s city Jaipur on Tuesday evening.The state Interior Minister Gulab Roy confirmed the death of 80 people and the hospital sources have confirmed that more than 150 injured have been brought for the treatment. According to the State police officials, all blasts occurred in well-populated areas of the city including Mank Chawk, Sanganeri Gate, Johri Bazaar and Chandpole Gate at 745pm.All major cities have been put on high alert after the blasts. Emergency has been declared in government and private hospitals.According to Indian police, the relief efforts have immediately been started. This city is famed as the Pink City of India.
