Conciliatory approach pre-requisite to combat challenges faced by country: Sherry






KARACHI : Federal Information Minister Sherry Rehman has said that the challenges being faced by the country at present call for a conciliatory approach. Talking to journalists briefly after a day long seminar on Clinical Research Management, she said the challenges range from law and order to economic difficulties and require to be dealt with wisdom and tolerance.
The seminar was organised jointly by Ministry of Health and Trade Development Authority here on Saturday night.
The Minister said Pakistan Peoples Party is committed to develop a strong political culture based on mutual respect, confidence and tolerance.
Sherry Rehman said all coalition partners in the government are on board and fully aware of the prevailing situation in the country.
She said difference of opinion and respecting the same had always remained an integral part of politics.
She said that positive development are very much thick in the air and will certainly produce good news.
The Federal Information Minister said PPP and its coalition partners were equally keen to promote healthy and decent political trends paving the way for strong political institutions and practices.
